GIFT CARD FAQ's

- How do I place an order using my Ringor eGift Card?

Once you have selected your items and added them to your shopping cart you will have an opportunity to enter your eGift Card Code which was emailed to you.  While on the shopping cart page, enter your eGift Card Code into the box titled "Discount Codes" and click apply.  

To the right you will see the balance of the eGift Card deducted from your order.  Click Proceed to Checkout to finish the checkout process.  If your eGift Card did not cover the entire balance of your order, you will now have an opportunity to select a payment type to complete your order.
 

- How do I check the balance of my eGift Card?

Gift Card balances may be checked by logging into a Ringor.com account.  If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.

Once you have logged into your account, you will see your Account Dashboard.  Near the bottom of the left hand side there will be a section titled "Check Gift Card Balance".  Click this and enter the information pertaining to your eGift Card to check your available balance.

- How do I return or exchange an item that was purchased with a Ringor eGift Card?

- Can I place my order over the phone and pay for it with a Ringor eGift Card?

Yes, you may call one of our Customer Care representatives who will be happy to assist you with placing your order.  They can be reached at 1-877-274-6467 Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5pm PST.
 

- Can I use a gift card in the Ringor store?

No.  At this time, the Ringor eGift Cards can only be used online or over the phone.
 

- Can I pay for the balance of my order with an eGift Card and a credit card?

Yes.  Enter your eGift card code during checkout.  If there is a remaining balance you will be asked to pay the balance after you proceed to checkout.  At this point, you may enter a credit card of your choice.
 

- Which items can be purchased with the Ringor eGift Card?

All items on Ringor.com are available for purchase with a Ringor eGift Card.
 

- Can I use a discount code and a Ringor eGift Card on my order?

Yes, you will need to enter both codes one at a time into the box titled "Discount Codes", clicking apply each time.  Both deductions will be reflected on the checkout page as you proceed.
 

- Can I have a physical gift card shipped to my address?

No.  At this time, we only offer the Ringor eGift Card which is a virtual gift card.  It can be emailed to the purchaser or the recipient.
 

- Are eGift Cards redeemable for cash?

No.  eGift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.  eGift Cards may be applied as payment towards any Ringor purchase.
 

- I lost my eGift Card number. How do I get a new one?

Ringor will NOT be able to replace, identify or recover the eGift Certificate Number if lost or stolen.
