How can I place an order with RINGOR?

You may choose to place your order on this secure website, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  You may also choose to call RINGOR® Customer Care toll free at 1-877-2-RINGOR (1-877-274-6467) to place your order with us by phone.  RINGOR Customer Care is open from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday, with the exception of holidays. 

You may also purchase RINGOR products from RINGOR representatives at select fastpitch softball tournaments, clinics and conventions throughout the year.  For more information on events in your area that RINGOR will be attending, please visit our Facebook® page.

What forms of payment does RINGOR accept?

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Google® Checkout safely and securely for website and phone orders.  RINGOR does not keep your personal credit card information on file after order processing is completed.  If you do not wish to use a credit card, you may mail a check or money order.  Please note that checks will be held for 10 business days for processing before your order will be shipped.  We do not offer C.O.D. payment.

Does RINGOR provide discounts for team purchases?

Yes.  RINGOR has an exclusive Team Sales department that is highly skilled in assisting teams with their needs.  You may reach a Team Sales Pro that handles your region specifically by calling toll free 1-877-2-RINGOR (877-274-6467) or by filling out the Request Quote form.

Does RINGOR accept school purchase orders for team sales?

Yes.  RINGOR will request that you provide an official copy via fax, mail, or email from your school’s purchasing department.  We will then contact the purchasing department to complete processing prior to shipping your order.  Your RINGOR Team Sales Pro can assist you in this process.

Does RINGOR only stock its products in the spring?

No.  Since the company was founded, RINGOR has focused on keeping our products in-stock and ready for purchase year-round.  Fastpitch softball has evolved into a sport in which players participate throughout the year, with little to no time off.  We continually restock our products on a revolving basis throughout the year.

The RINGOR product I want to purchase is not in stock. Why?

As the only company to focus entirely on women’s fastpitch, we bring a fusion of design passion and a genuine love for the game.  In order to achieve RINGOR quality on each and every product we ship, the manufacturing process does take time to complete.  Chances are, the product you would like to purchase is currently being manufactured, or it is in transit to our warehouse at this time.  RINGOR makes every effort to eliminate product restocking delays and backorder situations.  However, at times, demand on certain products can exceed expectations.  RINGOR Customer Care can assist you in an accurate “in-stock” date or assist you in finding a comparable in-stock alternative.  To reach RINGOR Customer Care, please call toll free 1-877-2-RINGOR (877-274-6467) or send an email requesting the re-stocking date.
