Warranty and Returns

Before you take the field in your new RINGOR shoes, we ask that you please take a moment to ensure that you have a proper fit.  It is important that you try on your shoes on a clean, indoor, carpeted surface.  Try on both shoes to make sure this is the correct fit for you.  

FREE Returns (www.ringor.com orders) -

We want you to be completely satisfied with your www.ringor.com purchase.  If you are not satisfied, simply contact a Ringor Customer Care Representative at toll free 877-274-6467 to obtain your FREE Fed Ex Return Shipping Label. 

  1. Please use the FREE Fed Ex Return Shipping Label to send the item(s) you would like to return, in new condition, to RINGOR within 45 days of your ship date. 
  2. Returns received after 45 days from the date of purchase are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and are not eligible for a FREE Return Label.
  3. You can return your order to the Ringor warehouse for a full refund of the price of the product, minus original shipping charges.
  4. Return product must be in original condition, free of dirt, debris and show no signs of wear.
  5. Items marked FINAL SALE and worn clothing are not eligible for returns. (For returns on closeout items, please see below.)
  6.  If you return product(s) that are ineligible for free returns, Ringor may deduct the shipping costs for the ineligible products(s).
  7. Refunds will be given in the same payment format as originally received.
  8. Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns Department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
  9. All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Process for Closeout Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RINGOR purchase.  If you are not satisfied, simply contact a Ringor Customer Care Representative at toll free 877-274-6467 to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. 

  1. Closeout items are not eligible for the FREE Fed Ex Return Label.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Return product(s) must be in new condition, returned to RINGOR within 30 days of your ship date. 
  3. Returns received after 45 days from the date of purchase are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
  4. Closeout items are not eligible for a return for refund. 
  5. Closeout items may be exchanged for another product at equal or greater value.
  6. Closeout items may be returned for an in store credit to be used at a later date.
  7. All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

 

Return Process for Team Orders      

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your RINGOR Team purchase.  If you are not satisfied, simply contact a Ringor Customer Care Representative at toll free 877-274-6467 or your area Team Representative to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. 

  1. Return product(s) must be returned to RINGOR within 45 days of your ship date.
  2. Returns received after45 days from the date of purchase are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and are not eligible for a FREE Return Label.                    
  3. You can return your order to the Ringor warehouse for a full refund of the price of the product, minus original shipping charges.

90 Day Manufacturer's Warranty

RINGOR offers an industry-leading 3 Month Manufacturer's Warranty (90 Days).  This warranty begins from the date of shipment and is valid for defective manufacturing.  RINGOR requires the return of damaged merchandise for inspection and evaluation by RINGOR Quality Control.  Any item deemed defective will be repaired or replaced and returned with freight prepaid by RINGOR.  Replacement product will be identical in style, color and size.  Please contact a Ringor Customer Care Representatives at toll free 877-274-6467 for assistance. 

Defective manufacturing does not include the following:

  • Damage caused by pitching wear (toe drag, side drag or heel drag).
  • Damage caused by "off field" wear, as RINGOR cleats are intended for field use only.
  • Damage resulting from unreasonable use, abuse, alterations or similar circumstances.

About Pitching Wear

With over a decade of research and development experience in pitching toe protection, RINGOR fully understands the intense demands placed on a shoe exposed to drag.  Not all pitchers wear down their shoes at the same rate or in the same place on the shoe.  It is a known fact that the demands of pitching significantly reduce the life expectancy of a shoe.  Every player treats and wears their shoes differently.  While there is not a specific timeframe on the length of time your cleats will last, we are confident that your RINGOR cleats will last longer than any other softball cleat on the market.  Due to large variances in pitching wear and pitching styles, RINGOR is unable to warranty against this wear.
