Where is RINGOR located?

RINGOR headquarters is located at: 7929 SW Burns Way, Wilsonville, Oregon, USA, 97070.  Wilsonville is located approximately 15 minutes south of Portland, Oregon.

Where can I purchase RINGOR products?

You may purchase from RINGOR through this secure website, by calling Customer Care at toll free 1-877-2-RINGOR, or through RINGOR Team Sales.  If you live in, or are visiting the Northwest, you may visit the RINGOR Store, located at RINGOR headquarters, 7929 SW Burns Way, Wilsonville, OR, USA, 97070.  RINGOR Store hours are 8:00 PM-5:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday, with the exception of holidays.

Why aren’t RINGOR products sold in any retail stores?

We sell directly to our customers, allowing RINGOR the opportunity to receive unfiltered and honest feedback directly from the athletes who use our products.  RINGOR manufactures a targeted product line for discerning customers.  Selling direct allows us to process that feedback and channel it into our products and service.  Customers can speak directly with the people who made the products and the decisions.

Does RINGOR sell baseball products?

In the spring of 2009, RINGOR announced to the world that we were officially stepping away from baseball to focus our efforts entirely on women’s fastpitch softball.  RINGOR is the foremost name in women’s fastpitch footwear, and making the bold decision to be the only company to focus entirely on the sport has allowed RINGOR to commit completely to the fastpitch game.

Where are RINGOR products made?

RINGOR is a privately owned and operated US company.  The design, development, manufacturing, warehousing and shipping of our product is a multinational process.  We draw from the best technologies and people from around the world to bring the best products to the game of fastpitch.  Although this process makes our products more expensive to produce, it allows us to use resources developed in Canada, China, Taiwan and the United States to manufacture RINGOR products.  RINGOR works closely with our production facilities on a daily basis to ensure that the highest standards for quality and safety are used in making our products.
